Benjamin Simpson

Benjamin knows that interior design is a personal process and that it works best with a hands-on approach. His belief that clients deserve to have their designer and project managers’ full attention has solidified his reputation as someone clients can trust to listen to their vision for a space and then exceed their expectations after completion.

Moving to Vancouver in 2006, Benjamin began in real estate marketing. His interest in placing individuals in their ideal homes prompted him to become a licensed mortgage broker. While brokering, Benjamin began to work in renovations for investment properties. This is where he discovered his true passion for design and construction management. He then began working with a design firm, managing multiple projects at any given time and establishing his ability to project manage on a larger scale.

Through his experience in real estate, renovations, and design, Benjamin arrived at the decision that designing a space should be personal. Blank Canvas Interiors is the product of this decision and always offers client centered service throughout every project.
